We’re looking for a driven and personable Business Development Associate to represent the Paul Davis brand, build industry relationships, and help grow our presence throughout Lynchburg, Roanoke, and surrounding markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients (B2B, cold calling, events)
- Plan and execute a schedule of regular client visits
- Represent the Paul Davis brand in alignment with company standards
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Luxor) to manage contacts, track sales calls, leads, and campaigns
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Marketing Manager
- Attend networking functions to promote our services
- Coordinate and participate in community and charitable events
- Research local trade shows and manage booth setup and logistics
- Attend company training and annual conferences
- Perform additional marketing-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 2+ years of customer engagement, marketing, or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized
- Experience in restoration, construction, home improvement, insurance, or franchising is a plus
